Anthony Greenfield & Ryan Dorsey For Cosmopolitan!

Kenneth Johnson aka Sebastien Penn, who runs Definition Of A Man Blog, scanned the annual Cosmopolitan Magazine's Bachelors feature, and two of the entries were somewhat familiar. Mr. Michigan, Anthony Greenfield (above) has been featured on this blog fairly often in his career with Major, while Ryan Dorsey, of West Virginia (below) has sadly been missing from this blog for some time.

Batwoman Receives Some Advice.

Batwoman #2 opens with Kate(Batwoman)Kane training her cousin Bette, who may or may not have been the original Bat-Girl, sidekick to her Aunt Kathy Kane, who may or may not have been the original Batwoman. That's the problem with the DC Comics relaunch. We don't know what parts of DC history are still intact. And it's even worse with the Bat-titles, which have been largely untouched, yet remain in the same universe where every other aspect of history has been altered or compressed. It IS confirmed, though, that Bette was a heroine called 'Flamebird' (a name with an even more convoluted history), and that Kate was approached to be a part of Batman, Inc. Later, Kate meets up with Batman and they discuss her being a target of someone looking to uncover her secret identity (Kate's track record at keeping secrets is pretty abysmal), and Batman advises her about sidekicks:

Batman is, of course, referring to Jason Todd, the second Robin, who, after being killed by the Joker, returned to life with a grudge (hey, who wouldn't?) as the Red Hood!
